How long are your seminars?
Most seminars run 1–3 hours depending on the topic. Full-day and weekend workshops are also available for deeper training.
Do I need any experience to attend?
Not at all. Our seminars are beginner-friendly and focus on easy-to-learn, effective techniques for real-life situations.
Can I book a private seminar for my group?
Yes! We offer custom workshops for schools, businesses, gyms, real estate professionals, and more. Let us know your group’s needs and we’ll create a custom event.
Are your seminars only for self-defense?
